TAMRA-Azide-PEG-Biotin is a TAMRA dye biotin reagent containing a biotin group and an azide group, which enables Click Chemistry-mediated labeling of alkyne-tagged proteins. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media. | [Uses]
TAMRA-Azide-PEG-biotin is a dye derivative of TAMRA (HY-135640). TAMRA-Azide-PEG-biotin contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. It can also undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups. | [IC 50]
