向(S)-2-(叔丁氧基羰基氨基)-4-羥基丁酸206（8.5g，38mmol）的DMF（50mL）溶液中加入K2CO3（5.24g，38mmol）和碘甲烷（5.4g，38mmol）。將反應(yīng)混合物在室溫下攪拌過夜。反應(yīng)完成后，用水（500mL）稀釋反應(yīng)混合物，并用二氯甲烷（500mL）萃取。合并有機層，用無水Na2SO4干燥，過濾，減壓濃縮除去溶劑，得到粗產(chǎn)物(S)-2-((叔丁氧羰基)氨基)-4-羥基丁酸甲酯207（8.5g，收率90%）。
