一般步驟:在0°C下,向攪拌的1-叔丁氧基羰基-3-羥基吡咯烷(16g,85.4mmol)和三乙胺(19mL,129mmol)在130mL二氯甲烷中的溶液中,緩慢滴加甲基磺酰氯(10mL,129mmol)在20mL二氯甲烷中的溶液。滴加完畢后,將反應(yīng)混合物在室溫下繼續(xù)攪拌2.5小時(shí)。反應(yīng)完成后,用飽和碳酸氫鈉水溶液淬滅反應(yīng),并用二氯甲烷萃取。合并有機(jī)相,經(jīng)無(wú)水硫酸鈉干燥后,減壓濃縮,得到3-甲磺酰氧基吡咯烷-1-羧酸叔丁酯(22.7g,100%收率),為黃色固體。
