以2-(4-三氟甲氧基苯基)乙腈為原料合成2-(4-三氟甲氧基苯基)乙胺的一般步驟：在高壓釜中加入650 mL甲醇、260 g 2-(4-三氟甲氧基苯基)乙腈和相當(dāng)于0.39 mol的濕阮內(nèi)鎳催化劑，隨后冷凝260 mL氨。將反應(yīng)混合物在130℃和140 bar的氫氣壓力下氫化2小時(shí)。反應(yīng)完成后，將混合物冷卻至室溫并釋放壓力，通過過濾去除催化劑。濾液在10 hPa下進(jìn)行減壓蒸餾，得到224.5 g 2-(4-三氟甲氧基苯基)乙胺，為無色液體，收率為理論值的86.7%，沸點(diǎn)為84-86℃。
