向(S)-(4-芐基嗎啉-3-基)甲醇(10.0g,48.3mmol)的甲醇(300mL)溶液中加入10wt%的碳載鈀催化劑(2.0g),將反應(yīng)混合物轉(zhuǎn)移至Parr反應(yīng)器中。在50psi的氫氣壓力下,于室溫反應(yīng)18小時(shí)。反應(yīng)完成后,將混合物通過Celite墊過濾以去除催化劑。濾液在減壓下濃縮,得到(S)-3-羥甲基嗎啉(5.2g,收率92%),為無色油狀物。1H NMR(CDCl3)δ: 3.81-3.76(2H,m),3.58-3.43(3H,m),3.35-3.28(1H,m),2.99-2.91(5H,br.m)。質(zhì)譜(ES+)m/z: 118.0([M + H]+)。
