以3,6-雙(3,5-二甲基-1H-吡唑-1-基)-1,2-二氫-1,2,4,5-四嗪為原料合成3,6-二(3,5-二甲基-1H-吡唑-1-基)-1,2,4,5-四嗪的一般步驟:將26.2 g亞硝酸鈉溶解于588 mL水中,加入60 mL二氯甲烷,將混合溶液冷卻至0℃。隨后,向溶液中加入37 g (0.136 mol)的3,6-雙(3,5-二甲基-1H-吡唑-1-基)-1,2-二氫-1,2,4,5-四嗪,并緩慢滴加18.67 mL (0.326 mol)乙酸。待氣體逸出停止后,用二氯甲烷進(jìn)行萃取,有機(jī)相用碳酸鉀溶液洗滌。經(jīng)硫酸鎂干燥后,通過旋轉(zhuǎn)蒸發(fā)去除有機(jī)溶劑,最后用乙醚重結(jié)晶,得到目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物3,6-二(3,5-二甲基-1H-吡唑-1-基)-1,2,4,5-四嗪(33.45 g,收率91%)。
