實(shí)施例93: 合成4-羥基-4-[3-(三氟甲基)苯基]哌啶-1-羧酸(7-甲氧基-噻唑并[5,4-b]吡啶-2-基)-酰胺; 步驟1: 在4-甲氧基-3-硝基吡啶(5.0g,32.44mmol)的乙醇(100mL)溶液中加入10%鈀/碳催化劑(200mg)。將反應(yīng)混合物置于氫氣氛圍(50psi)下,室溫振蕩反應(yīng)6小時(shí)。通過(guò)薄層色譜(TLC,50%乙酸乙酯/己烷)監(jiān)測(cè)反應(yīng)進(jìn)度,確認(rèn)原料完全轉(zhuǎn)化。反應(yīng)完成后,通過(guò)硅藻土過(guò)濾去除催化劑,濾液經(jīng)減壓濃縮,得到3-氨基-4-甲氧基吡啶(4.0g,32.44mmol,100%收率),產(chǎn)物為深紅色油狀物。
