向含有(4-甲磺?;交胰不?甲基硅烷(20.7g,82.0mmol)的四氫呋喃(450mL)溶液中加入四丁基氟化銨水合物(8.80g,27.3mmol)。反應(yīng)立即觀察到從黃色變?yōu)榧t色。5分鐘后,反應(yīng)完成,隨后在真空條件下除去溶劑。向殘余物中加入水,所得混合物用乙酸乙酯萃取三次。合并的有機(jī)層依次用水和鹽水洗滌,用硫酸鎂干燥,過濾并濃縮。將殘余物懸浮于二氯甲烷中,濾除不溶物。濃縮濾液得到粗產(chǎn)物。通過快速色譜法(使用RediSep快速柱,硅膠粒徑230-400目,洗脫劑為0-25%乙酸乙酯的己烷溶液)純化,得到1-乙炔基-4-甲磺?;剑?0.7g,收率72%),為黃色固體。
