通用方法：將4-溴戊烷-2,3-二酮（1.79 g，10.00 mmol）溶于乙醇（50 mL）中，隨后加入硫脲（760 mg，9.98 mmol）。將反應混合物在100℃下攪拌1小時，之后冷卻至室溫。通過過濾分離產(chǎn)物，得到1-(2-氨基-5-甲基-1,3-噻唑-4-基)乙-1-酮，為灰白色固體（1.2 g，產(chǎn)率65%）。LCMS（ESI）分析顯示：[M + H]+ = 157.0。
