步驟2. 6-(4,4,5,5-四甲基-1,3,2-二氧雜硼雜環(huán)戊烷-2-基)喹啉的合成 在氮氣保護(hù)下,向一個預(yù)先干燥并吹掃的100 mL圓底燒瓶中加入6-溴喹啉(5 g,23.92 mmol,1.00當(dāng)量)的四氫呋喃(20 mL)溶液。隨后依次加入乙酸鉀(KOAc,3.55 g,1.50當(dāng)量)、聯(lián)硼酸頻那醇酯(18.23 g,71.77 mmol,3.00當(dāng)量)和[1,1'-雙(二苯基膦)二茂鐵]二氯化鈀(II)(Pd(dppf)2Cl2,1.95 g)。將反應(yīng)混合物置于80℃油浴中攪拌反應(yīng)過夜。反應(yīng)完成后,過濾除去不溶性固體。濾液經(jīng)減壓濃縮后,通過硅膠柱色譜純化,洗脫劑為乙酸乙酯/石油醚(1:50,v/v)。最終得到6.62 g(產(chǎn)率109%)的6-(4,4,5,5-四甲基-1,3,2-二氧雜硼雜環(huán)戊烷-2-基)喹啉,為紅色油狀物。
