向2,5-呋喃二甲酸(1.00g,6.41mmol)的無水乙醇(50mL)溶液中緩慢加入98%硫酸水溶液(0.05mL),反應混合物在氮氣保護下加熱回流18小時。反應完成后,將溶液冷卻至室溫,隨后在減壓下濃縮以去除溶劑。將濃縮后的殘余物通過過濾分離,并依次用飽和碳酸氫鈉水溶液(3×10mL)和去離子水(3×10mL)洗滌,最終得到呋喃-2,5-二甲酸二乙酯,為白色固體(1.33g,收率98%)。產(chǎn)物結(jié)構(gòu)經(jīng)核磁共振氫譜(1H NMR, 500MHz, CDCl3)和碳譜(13C NMR, 125MHz, CDCl3)確認,數(shù)據(jù)如下:1H NMR δ 1.38 (t, J = 7.1Hz, 6H), 4.39 (q, J = 7.1Hz, 4H), 7.19 (s, 2H); 13C NMR δ 14.2, 61.6, 118.2, 146.9, 158.1。
