以二噻吩[3,2-B:2',3'-D]噻吩為起始原料合成2,5-二溴二噻吩并[3,2-B:2',3'-D]噻吩的一般步驟:在0℃下,將N-溴代琥珀酰亞胺(5.87g,33mmol)緩慢加入至二噻吩[3,2-B:2',3'-D]噻吩(Aldrich,2.94g,15mmol)溶解于無水DMF(60mL)的溶液中。反應(yīng)混合物逐漸升溫至室溫并攪拌過夜。隨后,將反應(yīng)液倒入水中,收集析出的沉淀。該沉淀經(jīng)甲醇洗滌后,在氯仿/甲醇混合溶劑中進(jìn)行重結(jié)晶,最終得到2,5-二溴二噻吩并[3,2-B:2',3'-D]噻吩的灰白色晶體(產(chǎn)率:5.14g,97%)。1H NMR(500MHz,CDCl3):δ7.28(s,2H)。
