產(chǎn)品的物化性質(zhì)：

本品呈淡黃色蠟狀固體，閃點約296℃左右。是一種非離子表面活性劑。它在酸、堿和水介質(zhì)中穩(wěn)定，常溫下不溶于大多數(shù)溶劑，允許用于食品容器、包裝材料中（GB9685-2008）。

This product is straw yellow powder or granule with good solvent resistance, acid resistance and alkali resistance, At least 10% will dissolve to ethano,1,3- butanediol, cellosolve, methyl isobutyl ketone, benzene, dimethylbenzene, coal oil, heptane, N,N-dimethylformamide, carbon tetrachloride, naphtha and a- pinene after heating. When it is 35℃, in 100g solvent will dissolve: >20g in toluene, 12g in isopropyl alcohol, 4g in dichloroethane and 3g in butanone.

1、  可用作EVA和PVC的防粘劑和開口劑，比較適用于EVA熱熔膠的抗粘劑；

2、  可用作PE、PP、PS、AS、ABS、PA、PET、PC等的潤滑劑、防粘劑和脫模劑；

3、  可用作丙烯酸橡膠的脫模劑和內(nèi)潤滑劑；

4、可用作顏料和填料的分散劑和偶聯(lián)劑，本品與無機(jī)顏料或填料會產(chǎn)生較強(qiáng)的親和力，使之附著于微粒表面，達(dá)到改性顏料或填料的目的；

5、輔助成核透明劑，本品用于聚烯烴、聚甲醛和聚酰胺樹脂中，能夠縮短成核時間，促進(jìn)樹脂結(jié)構(gòu)變細(xì)，進(jìn)而改善制品的機(jī)械性能和透明度；

6、本品還可以提高聚酯和聚酰胺纖維的耐熱、耐候性以及抗靜電性；

7、可用作氯醇橡膠、氟化橡膠、腈化橡化的防粘劑、擠出助劑和脫模劑。

Applications：

EBO is compound wax, can be used as lubricant, brightening agent, slip agent, antisticking agent and release agent for plastics, antistatic agent of cellophane paper; internal and external lubricant for ABS, polystyrene, PVC, nylon, cellulose acetate, polyvinyl acetate and phenol-formaldehyde resin; especially fit for polyethylene and polypropylene membrane; abrasive and dispersant of pigment, coupling agent of polyamide paraffine, compatibility and heat aging stability of polypropylene of filled steatite can be improved.

  EBO has lubricant function, can improve performance of crayon, petroleum products, printing ink, asphaltum, metal and textile; fit for thermoplastic resin in injection moulding if it is used as release agent; anti-foam additive and waterproof components for industry and family; adsorption film can be formed on the metal surface to protect the surface if it is treated as inhibitor. It can also improve compatibility between paraffine and resin, such as blend composition for floor wwax and shoeshine. Smoothing and anti blocking performance can be kept if it is used to agglutinate adhesive tape, fit for dope, porcelain enamel and Japanese Lacquer, can enhance chemical resistance of dope; produce oil and lubricating grease which can improve frictional performance, such as lubricating oil for tractor, lubricating grease for industry. At the same time, it can also be used as intermediate of emulsifying agent, softening agent and waterproofing agent, foam stabilizer of homely wash; it can also be used as anti-foam agent to treat black liquid of iron acetate, dye textile and latex system for paper-making industry.

  According to regulations in Food and Drug Association of America, this product can be used as packaging material for food, brightener and dispersant for production of color batch; dosage is form 0.5% to 2%.

包裝、貯運(yùn)：

產(chǎn)品用復(fù)合袋包裝，每袋凈重20kg或25kg，每個托盤1000kg,包裝物符合國際規(guī)則，運(yùn)輸時應(yīng)防止日光直射和雨淋，貯存期壹年，建議存放在避光和干燥陰涼通風(fēng)處，壹年后檢驗合格仍可使用，本品按一般化學(xué)品規(guī)定貯運(yùn)。

Packaging and Transportation:

It can be packed in woven bag in brown paper with 20 or 25kg/bag. It should be prevented from the sun and rain, stored ventilated place. In general, it is stored and transported as common chemical products.
