中間載熱介質(zhì)為水的火筒式間接加熱爐稱為水套爐。它的工作原理是氣體或液體燃料通過燃燒器在浸沒在爐體下部的火筒內(nèi)燃燒，燃料燃燒產(chǎn)生的火焰和熱煙氣通過火筒壁傳遞到爐內(nèi)的浴液中去，然后浴液把設(shè)置在爐體上部的加熱盤管內(nèi)的被加熱介質(zhì)加熱。The water jacket heater refers to the indirect fire tube heater with water as the heating medium. Operating principle: The flame and hot flue gas generated from burning of gaseous or liquid fuel via burner in the fire tube submerged in the lower part of the heater is transferred by fire tube wall to the liquid bath in the heater and then the liquid bath heats the medium in the upper part of the heater.

1）專用調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)構(gòu)Special adjustment mechanism

這種調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)構(gòu)是我公司工程技術(shù)人員通過多年現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)的總結(jié)，開發(fā)出來(lái)的新穎的調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)構(gòu)（專利號(hào)為：200520033871.X）。本調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)大功率的燃燒器意義更大，燃燒器噴嘴和燃燒器風(fēng)門均可以在爐外自由調(diào)節(jié)，配合阻火器風(fēng)門調(diào)節(jié)，使主燃燒器的空氣系數(shù)保持在0.7～0.9范圍、總空氣系數(shù)在1.05～1.15范圍內(nèi)，燃料氣完全燃燒，零CO排放、NOx排放量低于400mg/m3，高效、環(huán)保。This novel adjustment mechanism is developed by our engineers based on years of field engineering experiences, with patent No. of 200520033871.X. This mechanism can work better when used for large power burner. The burner nozzle and air throttle can be freely adjusted outside the burner, combining with air throttle adjustment of flame arrestor, to achieve: the burner air coefficient can be kept 0.7~0.9, total air coefficient 1.05～1.15, the fuel gas fully burned, zero emission of CO, emission amount of NOx lower than 400mg/m3.

2）盤管彎頭采用公司研發(fā)的抗硫材料，提高了水套加熱爐的抗硫性能。The sulfur resistant materials developed by our company are used for coil bends, which help improve the sulfur resistant ability of water jacket heater.

3）水套加熱爐可設(shè)置為撬裝水套加熱爐，便于運(yùn)輸和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝。The water jacket heater can be skid-mounted, easy for transportation and field installation.

4）對(duì)于沒有外接電源的情況，可以選用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)天然氣氣動(dòng)進(jìn)行自動(dòng)控制。When external power supply scarcity, the automatic control by field gas.
