LILRA6分子背景

LILRs是一個(gè)調(diào)節(jié)粒單核細(xì)胞活性的受體家族。LILRB3和LILRA6代表一對(duì)具有相同細(xì)胞外結(jié)構(gòu)域和未知配體的抑制/激活受體。LILRB3（ILT5）和LILRA6（ILT8）是具有相似細(xì)胞外結(jié)構(gòu)域的高度多態(tài)性受體。LILRA6可以通過(guò)與激活銜接分子FcRγ的結(jié)合發(fā)出信號(hào)，FcRβ具有一個(gè)帶有基于酪氨酸的免疫受體激活基序的細(xì)胞質(zhì)尾部。對(duì)PBMCs主要組分中mR表達(dá)的分析表明，LILRA6主要在單核細(xì)胞中表達(dá)，其表達(dá)水平與基因拷貝數(shù)相關(guān)。
