This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 36.9 kDa. The protein migrates as 48-60 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

白介素1受體樣1（IL1RL1）也稱為ST2、DER4、FIT-1、IL33R、ST2L、ST2V，屬于白介素-1受體家族。IL1RL1包含三個(gè)Ig樣C2型（免疫球蛋白樣）結(jié)構(gòu)域和一個(gè)TIR結(jié)構(gòu)域。IL1RL1是白細(xì)胞介素-33（IL-33）的受體，其刺激激活MYD88、IRAK1、IRAK4和TRAF6，隨后磷酸化MAPK3/ERK1和/或MAPK1/ERK2、MAPK14和MAPK8。IL1RL1可能參與輔助T細(xì)胞功能。IL1RL1可以與MYD88、IRAK1、IRAK4和TRAF6相互作用。
