Compound 2b was synthesized from 1b using same procedure as mentioned for compound 2c in 80% yield. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ =4.93 (s, 2 H) 7.54 (d, J=2.07 Hz, 1 H) 8.40 (d, J=2.07 Hz, 1 H) 9.95 (s, 1 H) 11.12 (s, 1 H); 13C NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6): δ =61.1, 119.9, 122.1, 121.1, 145.9, 154.4, 163.2, 190.4; HRMS m/z (EI) calcd. for C8H6N2O3 178.0378, found 179.0473 [M+H]+
