ethyl α-bromoacetate (200mg, 1.2mmol) and pyridine (138mg, 1.8mmol) was dissolved in DMSO (5mL), stirred at room temperature for 5 hours. Then benzaldehyde (191 mg, 1.8 mmol), NaN3 (117 mg, 1.8 mmol) and L-valine were added.(14 mg, 0.12 mmol), the reaction was stirred at room temperature. After completion of the reaction, the reaction solution was poured into ice water and extracted with ethyl acetate (20 mL × 4).
