The [N(Et)3C3H6SO3H][ZnCl3] ionic liquid of Example 1 was weighed into 0.05 mol of oleic acid, 0.45 mol of ethanol and 6% of oleic acid, respectively, and added to a three-port system equipped with a reflux condenser, a water separator and magnetic stirring. The flask was heated at reflux temperature for 4 hours. After the reaction was completed, the layer was allowed to stand, and the lower layer of the ionic liquid was separated. The reaction liquid of the upper layer was washed with an alkali solution to remove the remaining reactant, and the obtained crude ester was subjected to rotary distillation to obtain a product oil. Ethyl acetate. The yield of ethyl oleate was 99.17%. The ionic liquid can be reused after being recycled and dried.
