Steps:

As shown in reaction 1a below, glycidyl chloride (832.68 mg, 9.0 mmol, 1.8eq.), R1-OH (1 eq., R1=palmitoyl), NaOH (1.8 eq.) and n-Bu4NBr (0.05 eq.) as a catalyst were added to 1.5 ml of PE (petroleum ether) in a nitrogen atmosphere (N2-purge). And, the temperature was raised to 50° C. and it was stirred for 5 hours. The reaction solution was diluted with 30 ml of PE and then filtered. The organic layer was dehydrated with Na2SO4, and filtered, and then concentrated. The concentrate was purified with a flash column (PE:EA (ethyl acetate)=50:1) to obtain the target compound A (R1=palmitoyl, yield=63.65%).
