Compound 24A (1.5 g, 4.68 mmol) and p-toluenesulfonic acid(0.81 g, 4.70 mmol) dissolved in methanol (20 mL)Heat to reflux and stir for 2 h. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure.The residue was dissolved in ethyl acetate (50 mL)Wash with saturated sodium bicarbonate solution (50 mL x 3) and brine (50 mL x 1). The organic layer is dried and concentrated to give compound 24B. white solid (1.5 g, yield 95.86%).
