以對(duì)苯二甲酸為原料合成順式-1,4-環(huán)己二羧酸的一般步驟如下:向高壓釜中加入200g對(duì)苯二甲酸、15g實(shí)施例1~14所述的Pd-Pt/C催化劑及1000g水,啟動(dòng)攪拌。首先用氮?dú)獯祾叻磻?yīng)系統(tǒng)三次,隨后用氫氣置換三次。將氫氣壓力調(diào)節(jié)至4MPa,并在200℃下保持反應(yīng)溫度穩(wěn)定,連續(xù)供給氫氣反應(yīng)3小時(shí)。反應(yīng)完成后,趁熱過(guò)濾除去催化劑。將濾液冷卻后再次過(guò)濾,收集濾餅。將濾餅于120℃下干燥,得到固體產(chǎn)物。通過(guò)液相色譜分析固體產(chǎn)物,測(cè)定其中1,4-環(huán)己烷二羧酸和反式-1,4-環(huán)己烷二羧酸的含量,據(jù)此計(jì)算1,4-環(huán)己烷二羧酸的產(chǎn)率及反式-1,4-環(huán)己烷二羧酸的選擇性,結(jié)果記錄于表2中。
