以對溴碘苯和(5-苯基噻吩-2-基)硼酸為原料合成2-(4-溴苯基)-5-苯基噻吩的一般步驟如下:將20.4 g (100 mmol, 1.0當(dāng)量)的(5-苯基噻吩-2-基)硼酸和31.1 g (110 mmol, 1.1當(dāng)量)的對溴碘苯加入裝有1000 mL甲苯的2 L三頸燒瓶中。隨后加入100 mL乙醇,攪拌至完全溶解。用氮氣吹掃反應(yīng)體系15分鐘以除去氧氣,然后加入150 mL含有41.5 g (300 mmol, 3.0當(dāng)量) K2CO3的2M水溶液。最后,加入2.3 g (2 mol%)的Pd(PPh3)4作為催化劑。將反應(yīng)混合物加熱至110℃,并在該溫度下攪拌反應(yīng)過夜。反應(yīng)完成后,加入活性炭進(jìn)行吸附,隨后進(jìn)行抽濾以除去活性炭。濾液經(jīng)減壓濃縮除去溶劑,得到的粗產(chǎn)物經(jīng)干燥后,用甲苯和乙醇進(jìn)行重結(jié)晶,得到26.2 g中間體-9,產(chǎn)率為83%。
