向圓底燒瓶中加入L-賴氨酸鹽酸鹽(2,5.00g,27.4mmol,1.0當(dāng)量)和甲醇(30mL,0.9M)。將懸浮液加熱至回流狀態(tài)直至固體完全溶解。緩慢滴加亞硫酰氯(2.59mL,35.6mmol,1.3當(dāng)量),控制滴加時(shí)間在15分鐘內(nèi)。保持反應(yīng)體系在回流條件下反應(yīng)17小時(shí)。反應(yīng)完成后,通過蒸餾移除大部分揮發(fā)性物質(zhì)(約25mL),隨后在減壓條件下與甲苯共沸除去剩余揮發(fā)物,得到純的賴氨酸甲酯二鹽酸鹽(3,定量收率,白色固體),該產(chǎn)物無需進(jìn)一步純化即可直接用于下一步反應(yīng)。經(jīng)分析,所得化合物的物理和化學(xué)性質(zhì)與文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道數(shù)據(jù)一致。
