在劇烈攪拌下,于10分鐘內(nèi)將氯化鋁(5.34g,40.0mmol)分批加入含有苯甲酰氯(2.81g,20.0mmol)和2-溴噻吩(3.42g,21.0mmol)的二硫化碳(120mL)溶液中。反應(yīng)混合物在室溫下繼續(xù)磁力攪拌2.5小時(shí)。反應(yīng)完成后,用100mL 1M鹽酸水溶液淬滅反應(yīng)。分離有機(jī)相,水相用二硫化碳(3×50mL)萃取。合并有機(jī)相,用水(3×100mL)洗滌,隨后用無水硫酸鎂干燥。過濾后,有機(jī)相在減壓下濃縮,殘余物通過硅膠柱色譜純化(洗脫劑:己烷/乙醚=9:1),得到5.14g(產(chǎn)率96%)黃色晶體產(chǎn)物,熔點(diǎn)為41-43℃。產(chǎn)物經(jīng)1H NMR(CDCl3)表征:δ7.84(d,2H,3J=8.0Hz),7.62(t,1H,3J=7.2Hz),7.52(t,2H,3J=7.5Hz),7.40(d,2H,3J=3.5Hz),7.15(d,2H,3J=4.0Hz)。
