將乙二胺(3.4 mL,51 mmol)與無(wú)水甲醇(38 mL)加入100 mL茄形瓶中。將苯甲醛(1000 μL,9.8 mmol)溶解于無(wú)水甲醇(5 mL)中,緩慢滴加至上述茄形瓶?jī)?nèi)。滴加完畢后,繼續(xù)攪拌反應(yīng)混合物30分鐘。隨后,在冰浴條件下分批加入硼氫化鈉(0.371 g,11 mmol)。反應(yīng)混合物冷卻并攪拌過(guò)夜。反應(yīng)完成后,蒸發(fā)除去溶劑,加入二氯甲烷(50 mL)溶解殘余物。用飽和食鹽水(5 mL)洗滌有機(jī)相兩次,有機(jī)層經(jīng)無(wú)水硫酸鈉干燥后,蒸發(fā)溶劑,得到N-芐基乙二胺(無(wú)色液體,938 mg,產(chǎn)率64%)。
