在25℃條件下,將N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(2.74 g,37.5 mmol)緩慢滴加至4,4'-二甲基三苯胺(2.27 g,18.8 mmol)與三氯氧化磷(5.65 g,22.5 mmol)的混合體系中。反應(yīng)混合物在130℃下持續(xù)攪拌并加熱6小時(shí)。反應(yīng)完成后,將體系冷卻至室溫,隨后倒入50 mL冷水中,并用氯仿(3×15 mL)進(jìn)行萃取。合并有機(jī)相,用無(wú)水硫酸鎂干燥后過(guò)濾。通過(guò)稀乙醇重結(jié)晶純化,得到目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物4-二對(duì)甲苯胺基苯甲醛(R2-CHO)。產(chǎn)量:1.75 g(產(chǎn)率31.5%)。產(chǎn)物熔點(diǎn)為96.3-97.5℃。電噴霧電離質(zhì)譜(ESI-MS)顯示分子離子峰([M + H]+)m/z為302.4。
