制備方法

以4-甲基喹啉為原料合成4-喹啉甲醛的一般步驟如下:在氬氣保護(hù)下,將5.0 g(35 mmol)4-甲基喹啉和5.0 g(45 mmol)二氧化硒溶于甲苯中,加熱回流24小時(shí)。反應(yīng)完成后,將反應(yīng)混合物用二氯甲烷稀釋,依次用飽和食鹽水洗滌,無水硫酸鎂干燥。減壓濃縮后,通過硅膠柱色譜純化,使用己烷與乙酸乙酯(4:1,v/v)的混合溶劑作為洗脫劑,得到4.0 g(收率73%)目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物4-喹啉甲醛,為固體。核磁共振氫譜(1H NMR)數(shù)據(jù):δ 10.54(s, 1H),9.22(d, J = 4.3 Hz, 1H),9.04(d, J = 8.6 Hz, 1H),8.24(d, J = 8.2 Hz, 1H),7.84(t, J = 7.6 Hz, 1H),7.81(d, J = 4.3 Hz, 1H),7.76(t, J = 8.0 Hz, 1H)。核磁共振碳譜(13C NMR)數(shù)據(jù):δ 193.1, 150.7, 149.5, 137.0, 130.4, 130.3, 129.6, 126.0, 124.7, 124.1。質(zhì)譜(電噴霧電離)數(shù)據(jù):m/z 158.0(100%)([M + H]+),130.2。
