實(shí)施例2:2-氨基惡唑的制備。向氰胺(19.8 mL,50% w/w水溶液,0.25 mol)的四氫呋喃(THF,60 mL)溶液中加入2-羥基乙醛(15 g,0.25 mol)的24 mL水溶液。將反應(yīng)混合物在0℃下用2 M氫氧化鈉水溶液(25.2 mL,0.05 mol)處理。將混合物緩慢升溫至室溫并持續(xù)攪拌24小時(shí)。反應(yīng)完成后,通過減壓蒸餾去除揮發(fā)性溶劑(THF)。剩余的水溶液用乙酸乙酯(4 × 200 mL)進(jìn)行萃取。合并有機(jī)相,用無水硫酸鈉干燥,隨后減壓濃縮,得到14.968 g(產(chǎn)率71.3%)白色固體產(chǎn)物。產(chǎn)物經(jīng)400 MHz 1H NMR(CDCl3)表征:δ 7.13(s, 1H),6.74(s, 1H),5.26(br.s, 2H)。元素分析計(jì)算值(C3H4N2O):C 42.86%,H 4.80%,N 33.32%;實(shí)測值:C 43.01%,H 4.87%,N 33.11%。
