在0℃冰浴條件下,向含有間苯三酚(1.9g,15mmol)的乙酸乙酯(20ml)溶液中依次加入N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(1.26ml,16.5mmol)和三氯氧磷(1.5ml,16.5mmol)。移除冰浴后,將反應混合物在室溫下攪拌2小時。隨后,加入水并將混合物回流30分鐘。待反應液冷卻至室溫后,用乙酸乙酯進行萃取。合并有機相,用飽和食鹽水洗滌,并用無水硫酸鈉干燥。過濾后,將濾液在減壓下濃縮,得到粗產(chǎn)物。該粗產(chǎn)物通過硅膠快速柱色譜法(石油醚-乙酸乙酯,4:1)純化,得到間苯三酚甲醛(2.12g,收率92%)為白色固體。產(chǎn)物經(jīng)1H NMR(500MHz,DMSO-d6)和13C NMR(126MHz,DMSO-d6)表征,數(shù)據(jù)如下:1H NMR δ 9.92(s, 1H), 5.78(s, 2H); 13C NMR δ 191.4, 167.6, 164.5, 105.0, 94.6。
