一般步驟:向2-(甲基氨基)乙醇(500 mg,0.53 mL,6.66 mmol)的二氯甲烷(20 mL)溶液中加入二碳酸二叔丁酯(1.48 g,6.79 mmol),室溫?cái)嚢璺磻?yīng)1小時(shí)。反應(yīng)完成后,用飽和氯化鈉水溶液和二氯甲烷萃取反應(yīng)混合物。合并有機(jī)層,用無(wú)水硫酸鎂干燥,過(guò)濾。濾液經(jīng)減壓濃縮,得到N-BOC-N-甲基氨基乙醇(無(wú)色油狀物,定量收率)。產(chǎn)物表征數(shù)據(jù)如下:1H NMR(200 MHz,CDCl3)δ 3.74(q,J = 10.5, 5.2 Hz,2H),3.25(t,J = 5.2 Hz,2H),2.91(s,3H),1.45(s,9H);質(zhì)譜m/z(相對(duì)強(qiáng)度)144(20),102(24),57(70),44(100)。
