以化合物(CAS: 952739-81-0)為起始原料,合成(S)-2-(3-氨基丙酰胺基)-3-(1-甲基-1H-咪唑-5-基)丙酸的一般步驟如下:向含有酯14(18.8 mg,53.0 μmol)的甲醇(1 mL)溶液中,加入1 M氫氧化鈉水溶液調節(jié)pH至>11。將反應混合物在室溫下攪拌反應16小時。反應完成后,通過蒸發(fā)去除溶劑,得到膠狀殘余物。將該殘余物溶解于蒸餾水(1 mL)中,隨后用1 M鹽酸水溶液酸化反應混合物。
