以4-氟苯胺為原料合成4-氟苯肼鹽酸鹽的一般步驟如下:將4-氟苯胺(127.6 g,1 mol)溶解于濃鹽酸(293 mL)中,室溫下攪拌2小時。隨后,在溫度控制在5℃以下的條件下,將上述溶液緩慢滴加到亞硝酸鈉(72.5 g,1.05 mol)的水(145 mL)溶液中。滴加完畢后,繼續(xù)攪拌1小時,然后過濾分離得到濾液。在0-10℃的溫度范圍內,向濾液中緩慢滴加NaHSO3(213.2 g,2.05 mol)的水(500 mL)溶液,同時用25% NaOH溶液調節(jié)pH值保持在6-7之間。將反應混合物加熱至80℃,維持此溫度反應1小時。反應完成后,將混合物冷卻至室溫,然后逐滴加入濃鹽酸(600 mL)。接著,將混合物加熱至90-100℃反應1小時。最后,將混合物冷卻至10℃,通過過濾收集沉淀物,得到淺紅色固體產物4-氟苯肼鹽酸鹽(129.3 g,收率60%)。
