(1)將鄰甲苯胺、水和37%鹽酸按鄰甲苯胺與鹽酸的摩爾比為1:1.2,鄰甲苯胺與水的重量比為1:4的比例加入反應器中,攪拌反應30分鐘;(2)將37%甲醛溶液稀釋至10%;(3)通過平流泵將步驟(1)中的反應溶液和步驟(2)中的稀釋甲醛溶液分別輸送到微反應器的兩個入口,控制鄰甲苯胺與甲醛的摩爾比為3:1;(4)在微反應器中,兩種原料接觸、混合并反應,反應溫度控制在40℃,液時空速為3000h-1,反應后的溶液從反應器出口流出;(5)將反應溶液冷卻至室溫,滴加氫氧化鈉水溶液調節(jié)pH至約9,析出大量白色沉淀,經過濾、干燥得到3,3'-二甲基-4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷(MDT)粗品;(6)粗品MDT通過乙醇重結晶,經過濾、干燥后獲得純品MDT,摩爾產率為86%,純度為99%。
